1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SkipMix service accessible at https://skipmix.com and any purchases made on this platform.

3. Service Description
SkipMix is a web application that allows you to create playlists from YouTube videos with custom timestamps (start and end) for seamless playback without interruptions.
3.1 Free Plan
- Limited access to 3 playlists
- Maximum total duration of 30 minutes (all playlists combined)
- Unlimited time
3.2 Party Pass (€2)
- Unlimited access to all playlists
- Unlimited playlist duration
- Valid for 48 hours around a date planned by the user
- One-time payment, non-recurring
4. Pricing and Payment
Free Plan: €0
Party Pass: €2 including tax (one-time payment)
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun.
However, SkipMix offers a commercial guarantee:
- Full refund if the user has not yet started playing their playlist
- Request period: 14 days after purchase
- Once playback starts, the right to refund is lost
6. Duration and Termination
Free Plan: Access granted for an indefinite period. SkipMix may suspend or delete an account inactive for more than 12 months.
Party Pass: Valid for 48 hours from the scheduled date and time. Upon expiration, automatic return to free plan limits.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkipMix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
SkipMix uses the YouTube API. Video availability depends on YouTube and their rights holders. SkipMix cannot be held responsible if a video becomes unavailable.
8. Intellectual Property
The SkipMix service, its interface, code, and design are the exclusive property of SkipMix. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.
YouTube videos remain the property of their respective rights holders. SkipMix does not download, store, or redistribute any video content.
9. YouTube Terms Compliance
Users agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). SkipMix uses the YouTube API in accordance with Google's rules.
